• Display of 3D buildings (3D landmarks) that allows for 3D rotation. The 3D landmark feature provides the driver with a capability to select famous buildings on the map as you drive for enhanced situational awareness. Currently a total of 53 3D landmark buildings are available for the nuvi 765 SG/MY, with more to come. The map and 3D landmark updates can be downloaded from Garmin's website at www.garmin.com.sg

• Lane assist (Junction view + Lane information) & Highway mode
• Junction view simulates real view pictures. The pictures pop out to guide users to drive in a certain lane & road in the complicated junction areas. Currently 300 Singapore + 300 Malaysia junction view pictures are available for the nuvi 765 SG/MY By end of July, 2009 Garmin will have approx 1400 Junction View pictures released - Singapore: 668 + Malayasia: 712 (Kuala Lumpur:368, Johor Bahru:173, Penang:171). Users can download the free MalSing map via Garmin Asia official website that will also be attached with the Junction View files.

In addition to the major features highlighted above, the nuvi 765 SG/MY also provides the following additional minor features:

• Handwriting - allows handwriting input in English, Traditional and Simplified Chinese, but for user POI save and search only. Users can save addresses and user POI by giving customized names.
• ecoRoute: eco-friendly navigation.” Use ecoRoute with your nüvi and you’ll have details about your fuel consumption based on your driving habits right at your fingertips.From information on your impact on the environment to gas-saving tips while you’re on the go, you’ll be able to focus on fuel and energy conservation when you’re behind the wheel or planning your next trip. And to make sure your data is as accurate as possible, ecoRoute allows you to create a custom profile based on details about your specific vehicle.
• Bluetooth: Make hands-free phone calls by pairing your phone with the Garmin. Your entire phone book will be listed on the Garmin (not compatible with some handphone models).
• Media Player: Play your MP3s and other media files.
• FM transmitter: Listen to your Garmin's navigation instructions through the FM transmitter.
