TSD Boron Nitride Thermal Coating is the most valuable coating on the market and can be applied onto virtually any surfaces/material that can benefit from better thermal management.

Application is very easy and does not require special equipment for coating process.

For cars, heat is the biggest enemy when it comes to performance. This is especially true for cars with forced induction (turbo or supercharged). As air is compressed it becomes hot, and hot air is less dense meaning less oxygen.

With less oxygen, the engine is not able to generate as much power as it would if the air temperature is cooler.

This is where TSB BN Thermal coating comes into play. TSD BN Thermal Coating is a revolutionary termal efficiency coating that helps to improve heat exchange efficiency. Where TSD BN is applied, it will help to reduce the internal temperature by 10% to 20% depending on the heat conductivity of the surface.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

It can be applied to any surface on your car that requires heat exchange or will benefit from better thermal management. Most common places being radiator, intercooler, oil cooler, oil pan, transmission, AC condenser, brake calipers, engine block cover, turbo and pipings.

It can be applied on all surfaces except for rubber or silicone. The effect will vary depending on the thermal conductivity of the surface.

It is inorganic and not poisonous.

No, once it is applied and allowed to dry it will be very resistant to peeling and scratches. It will resist peeling even if blasted with high pressure water.

It can be applied to electronics such as IC boards, UPS, LCD displays, lighting, generators, heat sinks, AC condensers, electric motors and etc.

The 3 grades are there to define the type of application and also the application process. RED being the easiest to apply is used for lower temperature thermal management of up to 200 degrees C, the BLUE requires the surface to the heated before application is suitable for thermal management of up to 1500 degrees C and the GOLD requires baking of the item is suitable for thermal management of up to 1200 degrees C. for DIY projects the RED will be the most suitable.

The results vary from surface to surface and also depend on applications. In most cases the heat exchange process will improve and internal temperature will decrease by 10 to 20%. For cars with forced induction, this will usually net 5 to 15hp gain if applied on the intercooler.

Yes, you will get better results if you apply more layers but there is an efficiency threshold whereby applying more than certain number of layers will yield very marginal improvements in comparison with the cost of applying more layers. In most cases no more than 3 layers is recommended.

It will last a life time and does not require re-application unless the coating has been chipped off.

Sand blasting or using petrol based solvents.

Refer to the original packaging from TSD that is white with corresponding markings that are either RED or BLUE that identify the grade of coating. The fake coating will peel off or rub off easily. The genuine product will bond with the surface and resist peeling. The fake coating also does not provide and thermal management properties.

Other products include: Engine Oil, Oil treatment, high temperature grease and cosmetics foundation powder.

TSD Customer's testimonials

Testimonials from users of TSD BN Coating:

 1. I applied TSD BN coating on my car's air cond condensor and also on a few of my customer's car's air cond condensors. The results are impressive. The car's performance improved plus the fuel consumption actually reduced slightly. All my customers are happy with the effects from the coating.

-Thomas, Workshop owner

2. Autosyn applied TSD Coating on my Evo 9's intercooler. After 2 days I was able to feel the improvement in torque and the car was more responsive to drive. Definitely worth the money to do considering that the power would have been lost through heat if TSD wasn't applied.

-Jeffrey, business owner

3. I have a Naza Citra and my wife drives it most of the time. I applied TSD BN coating on the radiator and air cond condensor. Immediately I noticed a change in the car's performance. Even my wife notices the difference and has given positive comments about it. I have been recommending it to many Citra owners and all have been giving me the thumbs up.

-Ah Wah, workshop chief mechanic

4. I had the TSD BN applied to my car's brake calipers a few months ago. The car's brake feel has improved and there is also less brake fade after hard runs. I have been impressed with the result so far.

-Yap, Sorento Owner
